The problem is he’s in federal jail after trying to sell this intel to a foreign government. You're going to break him out. First, ambush a catering team to access the kitchens, where Ethan is working on detail. The others will enter the jail legitimately under the guise of a conjugal visit with an inmate who wants drugs in return for their help. The goal is to reach the control room, where you'll hack the system and trigger a riot by releasing every prisoner in H Block. Amid the chaos, you must extract Ethan alive.

Your attack on the nuclear convoy will use the metal fabrication plant as both your interception point and escape route. But first, you need to undertake some reconnaissance and preparation. You'll start by stealing a research vessel from the docks. Its detachable submersible will get you inside the plant through the coastal outflow pipe, where you'll stash the sub for the eventual getaway. Your intel says the pipe can only be opened from above, so the ground crew will follow on foot to release the dive team. A remote charge must then be set in the service tunnel beneath the road, and finally, you’ll scale the crane to survey the site. This plan is somewhat elaborate, but it will all come together in the end.

Cut the power, restart the server, and deploy the virus before it reboots, and a hidden flaw will expose every pending trade. Your unnamed client will turn those insights into a fortune, with your cut determined by how much of the data you're able to steal.

This is everything you’ve been working toward, and there is no room for mistakes. Stop the convoy with a shipping container and blow the road behind it to box them in outside the fabrication plant. The security presence will be heavy, so you must deal with the guards fast and extract the cesium before the cops arrive. The convoy intel reveals that the authorities can trace the material by its radiation signature, making a land escape impossible. The only viable route is through the plant and underwater via the submersible, where the trail should go cold. No matter the cost, the cesium must reach the water.
